The children throughout the school have enjoyed our 'Lets Get Making Week'.  Each year group have been given a different task to help Mrs Hedgehog get ready for her winter hibernation.  Nursery have been making hedgehog shelters that are warm and waterproof. Reception have been preparing Mrs Hedgehog's favourite foods for her to gobble.  Year One have been developing their sewing skills by making Mrs Hedgehog a warm, decorative scarf. Year Two have been using the woodwork trolley to create 'Do Not Disturb' signs so Mrs Hedgehog's hibernation is uninterupted.  It has been a pleasure to observe the children engage so enthusiastically with the task and develop some wonderful skills.
