If you would like your child to attend our school, please see full details of our admission arrangements below. 

Parents who may be considering applying for a place at this school should contact the school office and arrange to meet the Headteacher, who will show parents around the school, give information and answer any questions that arise.


Hertfordshire County Council (HCC) contact parents directly during the school year in which a child becomes three, enclosing an information booklet. Parents apply on line through Herts Direct. Places are allocated by the school in accordance with HCC policy and criteria. Children are allocated part-time places to start in the Nursery in September.


In the school year in which your child becomes 4, HCC repeat the process, asking you to give a preference for an Infant School. Your child will enter a Reception class in September. Places are allocated by HCC.



We currently have spaces available in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2, please contact us on 01438 234400 if you are interested in joining any of these year groups.


Reception Admission Dates 2019


5 November 2018 - Online system opens for you to apply online.


15 January 2019 - Deadline to apply for a school place.


16 April 2019 - National allocation day.
