School Communications with Arbor
Communicating with parents is an important part of what we do, making sure you get the correct information about school news, activities and things that really matter is something we care about.
At Letchmore Infants’ and Nursery School we use Arbor for communicating with parents. Arbor is beneficial to you because messages can be sent directly to parents and carers by email. When your child is registered at Letchmore Infants’ and Nursery you will automatically be registered to receive communications from the school.
Arbor App/Parent Portal
We also highly recommend that you download the Arbor App to enable easy use of the Arbor Parent Portal.

To set up the Parent Portal, you will need to request a password re-set from the school office. To finish creating your account you just need to set a password. Your username is the email address you have registered with the school.
Go to https://login.arbor.sc and click Forgot your password? to finish setting up your account.

The Arbor App can be downloaded from either the Playstore on android phones or the Apple Store on iPhones. Please note that we do not use all of the features of the Arbor App. This includes the Guardian Consultation feature.
As we are a cashless school, we also use the Arbor App/Parent Portal online payment service which is a quick and efficient way to pay for any school items such as school trips and milk. We will inform you about items you need to pay by email and you will be able to pay electronically, using credit or debit cards. By using the Arbor App/Parent Portal for payments, both parents and school have a record of payments made and received, and we can easily send parents reminders when items should be paid.
