Communicating with parents is an important part of what we do, making sure you get the correct information about school news, activities and things that really matter is something we care about.
At Letchmore Infants’ and Nursery School we use ParentMail for communicating with parents.
ParentMail is beneficial to you because you can:
Registering with ParentMail is very easy. When your child is registered at Letchmore Infants’ and Nursery you will receive an email from ParentMail. When you receive this email, please just follow the instructions in the message.
Please be assured that ParentMail is registered with the Information Commissioner and guarantees that all information you provide will be kept private and confidential and will not be passed on to any other organisation.
Once you have registered to use ParentMail, we highly recommend that you download the ParentMail app. To do this, simply search for ‘ParentMail’ in your app store.
Parentmail +Pay online payment
As we are a cashless school, we also use the ParentMail +Pay online payment service which is a quick and efficient way to pay for any school items such as school trips and milk.
We will inform you about items you need to pay for through ParentMail, and you will be able to pay electronically, using credit or debit cards as well as PayPal and PayPoint.
By using ParentMail +Pay, both parents and school have a record of payments made and received, and we can easily send parents reminders when items should be paid.
