We hope to make the transition into Reception as smooth as possible for both you and your child.
Before your child starts school with us we ask that you complete the 'Online Pupil Data Collection Form' and the 'All About Your Child Form', both accessible through the link below. Before completing these documents, please do read all of the additional information, in particular the Reception Information Pack.
