This week at Letchmore Infants' & Nursery School-
Today the children all enjoyed their Christmas parties. Everyone had a lot of fun playing games, dancing, laughing and enjoying lots of yummy treats. There was also a visit from a very important person and his elf!
The children had obviously been so good all year that they all received a little gift each!
We would like to wish all our families a very merry Christmas and a happy and prosperous 2023!
We would like to say a huge thank you to all the families who have kindly donated to this years reverse advent calendar appeal. All of your donations will go to providing support to those who desperately need it this Christmas.
Christmas has definitely arrived throughout the school. Staff across the school have been busy decorating their class/office doors for a competition. Our governor, Joga Shoker came in to vote for his favourites.
The winners are-
Nursery children came across to the main school building this week to enjoy an array of Christmas activities with their parents and carers. There was wreath making, reindeer food preparation amongst other things.
This week we held our carol concerts for Reception to Year 2 children. It was a wonderful opportunity celebrate together as part of our local community. Everyone was beautifully behaved and the parents joined in with the wonderful singing. Who knew we had such talented parents! It was such

Decorations have gone up across the school. It is so lovely to see the joy these are bringing to the children.
Mr Green would like to thank all those who sent in some wonderful fossil art. These have been displayed alongside the fossils in the school.
